Do you make custom gear?

Unfortunately we no longer make custom gear. Due to the worldwide shortage of Dyneema and the amount of wastage, it is just not viable for us at the moment. If this changes we'll be sure to let you all know.

When will my order be posted?

All items listed on the website are in stock with no lead times. Orders placed before 2pm are often shipped the same day or the next day. If you require your items quickly, please ensure you choose the Express Post method of postage.

Once your order is with Australia Post, we have no influence on how quickly your order will arrive. Due to the impact of COVID, parcels may be  delayed.

Can I return something I've bought?

We hope you fall in love with everything you buy from us but we know sometimes things just don't work quite as well as what they should.

You've got 30 days to return the item and receive a full refund if it is unused and in the original packaging without any damage.

If you've bought something and it is faulty simply send us an email explaining what's happened to info@ultralighthiker.com.au and we'll do what we can to help.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Ultralight Hiker will pay to have a repaired or replaced item shipped back to you. 

Are the Lanshan tents seam sealed?

The Lanshan 2P tent comes factory seam sealed but we recommend sealing the 2 outside guy line points on the front and back walls.

The Lanshan 1 Pro is not seam sealed. We have seam sealer on our website for you to purchase. Simply hop onto youtube and search "How to seam seal my Lanshan 1 Pro" and you will have plenty of instructional videos available to help.

We do not offer a seam sealing service.
