Nemo Fillo Elite Luxury Inflatable Pillow

I was looking specifically for a low and wide pillow that wasn't too heavy, and this seemed to tick all the boxes. For many other people it will be too low so consider carefully before purchasing. The case material is extremely soft and pleasant to touch and the thin layer of insulation makes it softer and more comfortable than the pure air-bladder type pillows. The removable case is washable which is nice. The pillow is relatively stable if you move your head, it doesn't feel like a balloon. For me it's a good balance between being very weight conscious while remaining comfortable and wide. If the rest of your gear is dialed in it's still very feasible in an ultralight gear list. It's a shame it doesn't come standard with a pad strap, but it's easy enough to tie some shock cord to the labels on either side of the pillow case. For the price I think Nemo should include such a strap. I also don't love the valve, it's okay but I prefer the type on the Trekology or Sea 2 Summit.

Conclusion: it's my favourite pillow but it's not cheap, and the lack of pad strap and the protruding twist valve are slight negatives. The height of the pillow will be good for some and deal-breakers for others, don't buy unless you like a very minimal low-height pillow.
