Nothing but yummy goodness.

Appears watery just follow instructions thickens with rest tastes great, 1 serve.
Can sustain a bulk out & not impact flavours highly recommend.

I usually take Radix meals to get the calories I need. I bought one of these for my latest 7 day hike to add some variety, and it was the best tasting dried meal I have had. Doesn't quite pack the same calories into as few grams as Radix, but this is probably going to become my go to for 1-2 night hikes where I don't need to worry as much about pack weight.
