As our lightest tent shelter in the line, the High Route 1 is a 31-ounce, non-freestanding system that utilizes trekking poles for overhead height — or can simply be used as a versatile ground tarp on its own.
With a laundry list of features for its weight and size class, including a covered gear closet and removable floor and bug screen, the High Route tent is just as easy to set up as it is to compresses into a stuff sack that’s nearly the size of a 1-liter Nalgene bottle, making it an intuitive option for fastpacking, bikepacking and ultralight trips.
